We have the capability of planning the location of buildings, parking lots, and all associated sitework requirements to maximize your space and create a visual representation of these structures on your site.  Using the project information you provide to us, and a potential site location, we can create a simulation of your project and provide an opinion of construction costs.  We are also able to make revisions to this concept quickly, which can help in the site development stage.

Parker Design Group uses state of the art Autodesk software to prepare your plans.  We use the most recent Autodesk Premium Infrastructure Design Suite, which includes Civil 3D Design software.   We are also excited about a planning tool that we can offer to our site clients to help them create concepts, optimize site solutions and provide virtual images for their site location.


Part of an owner’s biggest problem is not being able to truly visualize the project that their engineer and architect are proposing. We have tackled this problem by investing in conceptual site design software that can virtually create a project in 3-D. This software gives us the opportunity to not only discuss plans with our clients but also gives us the ability to conduct rapid site evaluations and “what if” scenarios. This has been a huge benefit to our clients when planning their project and has given our team the ability to find the most cost effectivesolutions for their development projects.

Although surveying has been around since the beginning of time, there have been significant improvements in the methods and equipment.
