In an effort to maximize lots, Parker Design Group focused our planning efforts with a local home builder to identify challenges prior to entering the engineering phase. These challenges included finding effective solutions for sanitary sewer service and stormwater management for the development. The final design consisted of 30 lots on a little over 7 acres with an acceptable construction budget. Considering today’s economic environment for home builders, our solution was a success.
