Knollwood Commons is a multi-phase project with a variety us uses.  It is located in Blacksburg, Virginia.  Pictured here is the most recently completed Townhome Development.  Parker Design Group, Inc. prepared the Engineering Site Plans which included the infrastructure design such as grading, roads, parking lots, water, sewer, and storm water management design.
